The use of bending machine

Before the maintenance or wiping of the machine tool, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the end of the work. If you need to start or other operations, you should choose the mode manually and ensure safety. The contents of maintenance are as follows:
1. hydraulic circuit
1) Weekly check the tank oil level, if the hydraulic system maintenance should also be checked, oil level below the oil window should be filled with hydraulic oil;
2) the hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
3) The new machine should be changed after 2000 hours of work, after each 4000-6000 hours of work should be changed oil, each time oil change, oil tank should be cleaned;
4) The oil temperature of the system should be between 35 ~60, not more than 70, if it is too high, it will lead to deterioration and damage of the oil and accessories.
2. filter
1) when changing the oil, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.
2) other abnormal filters, such as alarm or unclean oil, should be replaced.
3) the air filter on the tank is cleaned every 3 months, preferably 1 years.
3. Hydraulic components
1) Monthly cleaning hydraulic components (substrates, valves, motors, pumps, tubing, etc.) to prevent dirt from entering the system, can not use detergent;
2) After a month of use, check the bending of each tubing deformation, if abnormal should be replaced, after two months of use, should tighten all parts of the connection, to carry out this work should be shut down, no pressure system.
